Hey all. If you haven't tried Alien Swarm yet, I would high recommend trying it. It's free, 4-player coop, and top/down Smash TV style. It's quite fun.

For those who are getting SC2, my brother and I wouldn't mind some practice partners for 1s and 2s. (mecra and gimpygimpy ingame) We were Plat league in 2s, he was Diamond in 1s as Terran, and I was Plat as Zerg.

Wouldn't mind having a few practice partners to test things out with. :)

Hey, I'm completely new to AM, just got back in to 40k with a buddy after about a 6 year break (I have about 4k or so of Eldar). The 40k scene looks kinda dead at the moment, but I heard about the site from a couple local game stores.
First, my sc2 is IrieEyedJedi, I usually play with my bro, but I'd be down to play a few games and have a vent server available if needed. Might even be a good chance to psuedo-get to know some 40k players. Second, I was wondering if there were any upcoming 40k events that I should look into.

Gaming in the summer months is always slow. Come Sept it tends to pick up and get a bit more fast and furious. I know as far as events goes Misty Mountain in Burnsville holds a Tourney/Team Tourney every month... so give them a call to figure out when it is beind held. Some pretty stiff competition out there.
